- We accept orders by telephone (03-5699-1795/1796),
fax (048-955-0319) and email info@padma-tr.com.
- All orders are Cash on Delivery (Daibiki) only.
- Items that are out of stock will be placed on back order.
- We do not provide any form of credit account.
Shipping & Returns
- DELIVERY→ Anywhere in Japan by YAMATO TAKKYUBIN.
- DELIVERY TIMES AVAILABLE→ AM 9-12, PM 12-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-8 & 8-9.
- CASH ON DELIVERY (Daibiki)→ Payments for CoD cannot be made with a credit
card.
- Free Delivery when you order goods worth ¥15,000 or over.（Sorry this is not available to Hokkaido,
Okinawa & any remote island.）
- If there is any problem regarding quality or ordered
quantity,
please inform us within three days from the date of
purchase.
After that we are not responsible.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Saturday
will be sent out on the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday will be sent out on the following Monday.
We do not ship goods on Sunday.
